In clear breach of the human rights court’s guidelines, the child welfare service refuses to allow mother and daughter to meet, nor do they work for repatriation as they are obliged to do.

For Our World, Tim Whewell has been to Norway to try to discover why child protection in one of the world’s wealthiest countries appears to be in crisis. This programme video adult themes.
